As promised a quick mail now we are approaching the summer solstice, which for me is a very important time. It’s my new year (Wep Ron Pet), though many Kemetics mark this one first week of August I tend towards the Old Kingdom period which places it at the summer solstice. Anyway, whatever and however you mark this festival, enjoy!
April is here and so too is spring at last! The next few weeks many of us (self included) will be planning for Beltane and the craziness that this festival brings. Its one of my favourites, I think because its the first big one of the year I can mark with others (currently into a two week big one of my own though).
Out and about with other groups there is plenty going on during this busy time. I won’t be able to make the Fokestone Moot and Beltane Ceremony, or the amazing Rochester Sweeps this year as I’m away out of county doing workshops.
Attached is the session I recorded in Second Life of my talk on Sigil Magic written for Witchfest 2015 in Croydon. This was recorded the day after the real one and more or less is similar but with the removal of a topic that could out of context due to its content. This is explained in this recording and what you can do about finding out about that.
Here are my notes from my talk at Witchfest on Saturday. The day following Witchfest I then repeated the talk for my Second Life class and an audio recording for that is also attached.
Both of course vary in their content, and both vary from what I intended to talk about, some added, some taken away and you might want to read and listen to both items. Any questions you may have to ask, I am always happy to discuss any aspect of what I do. In fact some of this and much more will be further elaborated upon in my second book that I’m currently working on.
Attached are my notes from the scrying talk I gave at Artemis Gathering 2014 a few days ago. They are quite rough so apologies for that, I hadn’t actually finished writing them so they are a little messy.
As usual with everything I do, if you have questions then do please ask!
